Rooted in Laikipia. Driven by Excellence.
Miche Onestop Heritage Farm is a registered agrisocial enterprise established to serve as a permanent agricultural and community anchor in Laikipia County, Kenya. Since 2023, the project has focused on building real assets, durable systems, and structured programs that address food security, youth unemployment, and social instability through practical, work-based solutions.
This is not a short-term project. Miche Farm is designed for permanence.
Our Foundation
From inception, the priority has been to secure the fundamentals required for long-term success. The project currently operates on 14.5 acres of land, combining freehold ownership, integrated family land, and leased production acreage. In 2025, the farm completed the drilling of a high-capacity borehole, establishing reliable, year-round water access and eliminating dependence on unpredictable rainfall.
These investments form the backbone of the farm’s operations and protect the project from seasonal and external shocks. Every decision is guided by durability, efficiency, and accountability.
What We Stand For
Miche Onestop Heritage Farm is built on the belief that rural transformation happens through structure, work, and responsibility.
We believe:
Agriculture should be productive, regenerative, and economically viable
Employment should restore dignity, not dependency
Youth thrive when given structure, discipline, and opportunity
Community stability is built through consistent systems, not short-term aid
The farm integrates food production, employment, training, and sport into one functioning ecosystem that supports both economic output and social well-being.
What We Do
Sustainable Agriculture
We operate a solar-powered, regenerative farming system producing vegetables, dairy, and perennial crops such as avocados. Our focus is year-round production, soil health, and efficient use of water and land resources.
Employment & Skills Development
The farm provides structured, paid employment for local youth and community members. Through daily routines and supervised work, participants gain practical skills, accountability, and a pathway back into productive economic life.
Training & Demonstration
Miche Farm serves as a working demonstration site for modern farming practices. Neighboring farmers and youth learn through observation and participation, not theory.
Sports & Discipline Development
Through athletics and community sports initiatives, the farm promotes discipline, health, and long-term goal setting—especially among youth. Sport is treated as a tool for character formation, not entertainment alone.
Leadership & Management
The farm is led by a management team with backgrounds in leadership, agriculture, and athletics, ensuring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
Leadership is grounded in discipline, transparency, and measurable outcomes. Operations are structured to ensure responsible use of resources, clear reporting, and long-term sustainability.
Our Commitment to Accountability
Miche Onestop Heritage Farm operates with a strong emphasis on:
Transparent use of funds
Clear operational systems
Measurable social and economic impact
Responsible environmental stewardship
As a registered entity, the farm is positioned to work with donors, partners, institutions, and community stakeholders in a compliant and accountable manner.
Looking Ahead
With land and water security in place, the focus moving forward is on expanding solar-powered irrigation, increasing production capacity, strengthening employment programs, and developing supporting infrastructure for livestock and community activities.
Miche Onestop Heritage Farm exists to demonstrate that rural agriculture—when properly structured—can be productive, dignified, and transformative. Rooted in Laikipia and driven by excellence, the farm is building systems meant to last.

Building Community Through Work and Land
Miche Onestop Heritage Farm is built on the belief that strong communities grow from shared work, structure, and responsibility. The farm serves as a social anchor—bringing people together through agriculture, employment, and sport. Here, land is not just for production; it is a place where dignity is restored, skills are learned, and purpose is rebuilt.
By creating steady jobs, training opportunities, and disciplined routines, the farm offers an alternative to idleness and despair. It is a working environment where youth, farmers, and athletes grow side by side—learning consistency, cooperation, and long-term thinking. The impact is measured not in visibility, but in livelihoods strengthened and lives stabilized.
